I recently was able to home-demo a Stadium III, and thought it was a very good sub. But, then I HD'ed the new Stentor III, so I bought that instead. Although I hated the price I paid for the Stentor III ($4200. total), it really does have the best low-bass response I've heard in an audio system - and the cherry veneer looks great as well.
On both models: I burned them in for a couple of weeks with the stock PC's. Then, I tried both the Voodoo Power Cords' "Mana Gold" and "Dragon" models, in 6' length, (the US retail on the Mana Gold is $299./6'; Dragon is $499./6').
Both of these PC's improved the perceived power output ability, slam, speed and resolution, and overall tonality of the REL subs in ways that I didn't think possible, because as you know - they're both excellent speakers in "stock" form. I think I'll end up with the Mana Gold on my pre-amp, and the Dragon on the REL.
I haven't done anything different as far as the stock 20' Neutrix input cable. I've been told that there may be some aftermarket designs out there to fit the ST-series REL's, for example from Tara Labs. I hadn't heard of any from XLO, but now I'm curious to investigate that possibility. Also, my REL dealer said that he has some bulk AudioQuest silver cable left over from a HT installation that he can custom-terminate for me if I want it, with a Neutrix on the sub end, of course.
I'm just wondering if there would be enough (any) improvement with a "better" version of the Neutrix cable to justify the outlay. But, having been very skeptical about the voracity of using audiophile-type PC's on my equipment, and having found that there IS a noticeable improvement with the PC's - I tend to think that a well-designed input cable on the REL's would be a positive step.
BTW - if you do investigate the Voodoo's, I can tell you that Bruce there is easy and efficient to deal with. You can order direct from him through the website. (The link is below).
Happy hunting!

Hi,
Look into the Voodoo Mana power cords! I have them on my Monolithic power supply & Theta transport! They have lifted my system to another level while taking away much grunge which I didn't notice before! They also have another model, the Mojo which I've heard is good! Also, there has been some talk about the Virtual Dynamic power cords which are going on a introductory sale over at Audiogon! Enjoy, Ramesh

I'd also put in a good word for VooDoo power cords (www.voodoopowercords.com). They have 2 models, the Mana ($199) and Mojo ($149) but the company has been regularly putting them up on dutch auction at Audiogon, so you can get them for much less. I'm using the Mojo (I tried the Mana, but it was a bit too thick and unwieldy--I understand they're going to improve its flexibility) and, compared to my stock cords, it removed a layer of nasty edge and grit. Very nice.
