30-DAY MONEY-BACK TRIAL & 60-DAY UPGRADE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your VooDoo Cable or VooDoo Audio Product, please return it within 30 days for a refund. Shipping charges and credit card or PayPal transaction fees are excluded. Our 30-Day Money-Back Trial Period does not apply to custom-built orders. For customers who want to upgrade or exchange an item, we offer full credit toward product upgrades within 60 Days after date of original purchase. Please contact us before requesting an upgrade or shipping a return.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You may choose the method of shipment you prefer during the on-line order process. Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed. Custom-built orders may take 3-5 days. Large orders take 7-10 business days to complete before shipment. Domestic orders are shipped by the method of your choice. We will send you the Delivery Confirmation or tracking number by email on the evening that your order is shipped. In some areas UPS, USPS and FedEx require a signature for delivery. Please note in the 'Special Instructions' on the 'Shipment Summary' page if you agree to waive the delivery signature requirement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You may choose the method of shipment you prefer during the on-line order process. International orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been processed. Custom-built orders usually take 4-5 business days. Large orders take
7-10 business days to complete before shipment. We make every attempt to include complete export documentation for international shipments. Customs duties and import tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. We will send the shipment tracking number to you by email on the evening that your order is shipped.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
VooDoo Cable offers a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and damage caused by typical usage. Repairs will be made at no charge throughout the usable life of the cable provided the cable has not been modified or abused. Please contact us before returning cable for repair.

CABLE RE-TERMINATION
VooDoo Cable will re-terminate any cable that we have manufactured for a nominal labor and cost of materials charge. Please contact us for a labor and materials estimate before returning cable for re-termination.
